We communicate bi-weekly following our inspection, including photos and a report.
Absolutely. Living in Florida—especially along the coast—means storms are a reality, and protecting your home is a priority.
After any significant weather event, we perform a post-storm check to look for visible damage, leaks, or immediate concerns. These visits are billed at an hourly rate and are focused on quickly assessing your home to ensure everything is secure.
Because we prioritize checking all client homes promptly after a storm, these inspections are not as comprehensive as our routine visits. However, if your regularly scheduled inspection falls within a day or two of the storm, we’ll complete a full inspection at your standard rate—with no additional charge for the storm check.
Our goal is simple: to give you peace of mind as quickly as possible when it matters most.
We serve the 30A areas including but not limited to Watersound, Origins, Naturewalk, also Panama City Beach
We will send an invoice through email on a monthly basis and can be paid via cash, check, or Venmo at that time.
